[Haizea] unmatching host CPU information between ONE and Haizea

I am finally able to run haizea. It now seems to solve the problem but
introduce another.

In OpenNebula, if I want to have a VM with 4 virtual CPU, each using a
physical core. I would use
CPU =4
vCPU = 4
However, this by Haizea will be interpreted as a request of
Resource req   : {1: Disk: [0]  |  CPU: [400, 400, 400, 400]  |  Memory:
[1000]}

I had to change the template to
CPU =1
vCPU = 4
to make it as
Resource req   : {1: Disk: [0]  |  CPU: [100, 100, 100, 100]  |  Memory:
[1000]}

It is probably just how the CPU is defined. Accroding to
http://lists.opennebula.org/htdig.cgi/users-opennebula.org/2009-July/000578.html,
the CPU indicates the power of the VM, not individual vCPU.

Thanks.
PS.
I have a problem running haizea-list-leases:
[cloudadmin at frontend-dev var]$   haizea-list-leases
Error: int() argument must be a string or a number, not 'NoneType'
