[Haizea] Haizea with Nebula1.4 | Unable to schedule second VM

Hi,

The cause of the problem is not immediately visible to me with the 
information you send. Could you set the configuration option "loglevel" 
to "VDEBUG", reproduce the problem, and send the log? It would be 
helpful if, before reproducing the problem, you deleted the persistence 
file (~/.haizea/leases.dat) so we know that Haizea is starting from a 
clean slate.
