[Haizea] Haizea with Nebula1.4 | list index out of range

Hi,

I have committed a fix for this to SVN:

Could you give it a try and see if this solves the problem? The fix also 
has the pleasant side effect of allowing Haizea to detect when new hosts 
are added to OpenNebula (instead of just checking at startup).

To install from SVN, just checkout the code like this:

svn co http://phoenixforge.cs.uchicago.edu/svn/haizea/trunk haizea

And then follow the installation instructions, using the "haizea" 
directory created by SVN as the $HAIZEA_INST referred to in the 
documentation.
