[Haizea] Haizea Technology Preview 1.0 now available

Hi,

The Haizea Lease Manager has been released and is available for download at:

	http://haizea.cs.uchicago.edu/

Please note that the current version is a technology preview, which
means interfaces may still change and some features are not fully
functional yet. Documentation is also a bit scarce, although we have
prepared a quickstart guide (available on the website) that you can use
to quickly familiarise yourself with how Haizea works.

Additionally, the current version is capable of working alongside the
OpenNebula virtual infrastructure manager (http://www.opennebula.org/),
but this functionality has not been properly documented yet. An updated
version of Haizea will be released later this month with better
OpenNebula support and a detailed guide on how to setup OpenNebula with
Haizea as a scheduling backend. In the meanwhile, you can tinker around
with Haizea in its simulation mode.
