The Center for Data and Computing (CDAC) is proud to present the Rising Stars in Data Science workshop <https://cdac.uchicago.edu/rising-stars/#description> next Monday-Tuesday Jan. 11th-12th. We will be highlighting 30 exceptional PhD students in data science from across 19 different institutions, including UChicago (student profiles <https://cdac.uchicago.edu/rising-stars/#rising-stars-profiles> with bios and talk details here). We also have an exciting array of programming open to the UChicago community — including panels with leading data science researchers and a fireside chat with Professor Rebecca Willett.
