We are starting a weekly theory seminar at TTI-C (standard time and day yet TBD) 

First speaker is Prahladh Harsha on "Robust PCPs of proximity, shorter
PCPs and applications to coding" today, Wednesday Sept. 29th at 12:15pm Lunch
will be served at 12:00pm
