[Haizea] Writing haizea custom policy

Hello all

I am programmer and i am new and interested in haizea,, I have project that
suppose to use haizea scheduler with my custom scheduling algorithm,, i
started  with haizea  manual ,,  when  i  reached  to  "Writing  haizea
custom policy" chapter, the defined way doesn't work!! i did put the
example admission policy at PYTHONPATH inside pluggable folder and
configured the configuration file without any results! could anyone help me
please
