[Haizea] unmatching host CPU information between ONE and Haizea

Hi,

Ok, I figured out what the problem was. Turns out the OpenNebula
enactment module was correctly detecting the multiple CPUs, but was
reporting just one at a different point. Here's the fix:

Nonetheless, the svn version should work with OpenNebula now, so you
can also just check out the 1.1 branch and use that.
