[Haizea] unmatching host CPU information between ONE and Haizea

It looks like Haizea is incorrectly treating the hosts like 1-CPU
nodes. I've definitely tested Haizea with OpenNebula involving
physical hosts with more than one CPU, so it's not immediately obvious
what could be wrong. Could you send the output of Haizea's log but
setting the log level to VDEBUG? (include everything from the moment
you start Haizea to after you've submitted the three leases)
