[Haizea] Registering resources

I don't think I fully understand your question. Are you saying the job
running inside a VM has to make a REST request somewhere? (for what
purpose?) If so, that sounds like it would be outside the scope of
Haizea, which focuses on scheduling leases (what happens inside the
leases does not concern Haizea). Or are you saying that you want to
make a REST request any time a certain event happens (e.g., when a
lease starts or ends)?
