[Haizea] Have enough resources, haizea says "but cannot be scheduled: Could not find enough resources for this request!"

Hi,
I find a problem.
onehost list as follows:
[oneadmin at compute-5-12 ~]$ onehost list

I think every machine will have enough resources for this request,
When I create VMs, but  haizea print following log message

from 2010-02-03 17:22:50.00 to 2110-01-10 17:22:50.00
[2010-02-03 17:22:40.15] LSCHED  Immediate lease #4 has been scheduled.
[2010-02-03 17:22:40.16] LSCHED  Scheduling immediate lease #5 (1 nodes)
[2010-02-03 17:22:40.16] LSCHED  Immediate lease request #5 cannot be
scheduled: Could not find enough resources for this request

I don't kown why?
