[Haizea] Haizea & Openenbula Requirements

We are planning to add support for something similar in Haizea, where 
hosts can have "attributes" and lease requests can require hosts with 
some particular attributes (e.g., arch == x86, vmm == xen, etc.). 
Although some of the code has already been added to Haizea, there is no 
timeline for when this feature will be complete, although it is bubbling 
up to the top of my TODO list since other people have also expressed 
interest in this feature.
