[Haizea] Haizea with Nebula 1.4 | VM never goes to Running state

Hi,

Could you send the Haizea log, the OpenNebula templates, and the exact 
sequence of commands you follow when this happens? This is a bit 
puzzling since Haizea doesn't oversee the VM going from "booting" to 
"running" (it just sends the "vm deploy" command to OpenNebula, and 
OpenNebula is in charge of getting the VM running; this sounds more like 
an OpenNebula problem or, more likely, a hypervisor problem). Could this 
have been a one time thing, or does it happen every time you do this?
