[Haizea] Regarding issue with OpenNebula and Haizea work together

Uhm, this is a bug; Haizea uses pysqlite when running in OpenNebula 
mode, but it shouldn't attempt to load the pysqlite package in 
simulation mode. The workaround is to install pysqlite and SQLite, which 
is packaged for most Linux distributions.
