[Haizea] unexpected exception: haizea with ON

That's a pretty odd error; at first sight, the only way that could 
happen is if OpenNebula was reporting that the total CPU capacity for 
all nodes was zero. What version of OpenNebula are you using? Also, 
could you send a copy of the OpenNebula DB at the time at which this 
error happens?
