[SLURM] a007 a008 are back

I have put up the nodes a007 and a008 after self-test succeeded (this actually happened a while ago and I just got around to writing about it). PLEASE let me know[1] if you see something odd. We have automated alerts, and etc, but it seems that this issue manifests first when you put a load on the card.
