[SLURM] [ai cluster] fe01,fe02 will be rebooted at 9pm tonight

Your slurm jobs will NOT be affected. The reboot is to accommodate a 
security patch.

I've scheduled each node to reboot at the following times so that at 
least one node should always be available to submit jobs from.

8:30pm: fe02

9:00pm: fe01

Downtime should only be the time it takes to reboot which is about 5 
minutes.
