[SLURM] [ai cluster] configuration update at 9pm

Usually I would give more notice but there are only a couple people who 
are using the cluster at the moment. I've discussed with those users and 
I will be pushing a few configuration updates to the cluster at 9pm.

If you submit jobs before then, they will be canceled.

Cluster downtime should be no more than 1 hour; realistically less than 
15min.
