[SLURM] [AI Cluster] adding three nodes with 4x A40's

3 nodes have been added to the cluster with the following specs:

     2x AMD EPYC 7302 16-Core Processor
     512G RAM
     4x Nvidia A40

You can specify using the A40 GPU with the following: ampere,a40,48g

   --constraint=a40

Or specify gres type:

   --gres=gpu:a40:1
