[SLURM] Re: Peanut cluster upgrade to 20.04 Dec 17/18

The Peanut cluster is back online.

As of right now the only place from where you can submit jobs is 
'linux2.cs.uchicago.edu'.

The rest of linux.cs will follow over the coming days as the rest of 
those systems are upgraded.
