[Haizea] VM reincarnation - Haizea and opennebula

If someone has the same issue... This problem lies between the 
OpenNebula(ON) and VM. It happens when machine-shut-down action is 
interrupted by an error. So the OpenNebula "thinks" that shut-down is 
successful, but after some time it finds out that the VM is still running.
