Hi
In the 1.0 branch, using realtime simulation mode there is no update in lease 
state when a  AR lease expires or dies.

In example...
* requesting a lease in the past nothing seems going wrong and the lease is 
accepted, the duration time will be negative and the state READY
* when a lease terminates, using the cli heazea-list-leases or just examing  
server.get_leases() I can see that an Active state persists
   ( in the log there's: VMSCHED Stopped VMs for lease X on nodes [1] )
