[Haizea] Mapping leases to VMs

Hi,

> How can I map lease-ID in Haizea to VM-ID in OpenNebula?

This information is stored internally in Haizea (since it needs it to
manage the VMs included in a lease), but there is currently no way of
accessing it externally. One of the commands I want to add to Haizea
is an "haizea-lease-info" command that provides detailed information
about a lease, and the OpenNebula VM-ID could be included there.
