[Haizea] Haizea 1.0 now available

Hi everyone,

The first stable version of the Haizea Lease Manager has been released
and is available for download at:

	http://haizea.cs.uchicago.edu/

Haizea 1.0 includes a large number of changes relative to Technology
Preview 1.3, such as support for OpenNebula 1.4, pluggable scheduling
policies, pluggable accounting probes, API documentation and many
internal changes. A detailed list of changes can be found in our changelog:

I will be sending another e-mail soon to this list describing what's
next on the Haizea roadmap.
