Title: CICADA: Collaborative Intelligent CAD Automation Design Agent

Abstract: Computer-Aided Design (CAD) has revolutionized engineering and manufacturing, yet traditional tools remain inaccessible to non-experts due to their steep learning curves and reliance on specialized knowledge. While recent advancements in 3D modeling excel in generating visually rich assets, they often lack the procedural flexibility required for manufacturing and assembly. To address these limitations, we introduce CICADA (Collaborative Intelligent CAD Automation Design Agent), a multi-agent system that automates CAD workflows via a set of collaborative agents. 

CICADA interprets user inputs, generates procedural CAD code, and iteratively refines designs through a feedback-driven process. Key contributions include an extensible modular multi-agent framework, a robust agentic coding strategy, a geometry pipeline for 3D model processing, and an iterative feedback mechanism. By automating the translation of high-level design goals into executable code and integrating natural language and visual inputs, CICADA significantly reduces the need for expert intervention, making CAD more accessible.
