*Title: * New Computational Approaches to Understand Immune Function

*Abstract: *I will present a few short vignettes on harnessing computation
to model, study, and predict immune function. Recent unprecedented progress
in immunology and medicine has enabled clinical adoption of new
transformative immune-based therapies, but also reveled new technical
challenges to further progress. I will discuss the computational and deep
learning work I am doing to approach these challenges. The talk will
include the necessary background needed for understanding the immunology
topics presented.

*Research at TTIC Seminar Series*

TTIC is hosting a weekly seminar series presenting the research currently
underway at the Institute. Every week a different TTIC faculty member will
present their research. The lectures are intended both for students
seeking research topics and adviser, and for the general TTIC and
University of Chicago communities interested in hearing what their
colleagues are up to.
