*The Research Computing Center (RCC) is a centralized service that provides
high-end computing and visualization resources to researchers at the
University. This presentation will discuss services offered by the RCC and
provide information on how to get a computing or storage resource
allocation, the Cluster and Consultant Partnership Programs, and an
overview of the computational resources and performance of RCC’s computing
infrastructure. *

* Walk-in Lab Opening*
* Regenstein Library Room 216  *

*On January 31st the Research Computing Center opens a new physical
laboratory space in the Regenstein Library. The lab is RCC's first public
space and features resources for researchers that include powerful Linux
workstations and in-person technical consultation and support.*

*University of Chicago faculty, staff, and students are invited to visit
the new space, enjoy refreshments, and mingle with RCC staff and other
researchers. *
