[Colloquium] Longuet-Higgins 2010 award goes to Pedro Felzenszwalb

The 2010 Longuet-Higgins award has been given to Pedro Felzenszwalb and 
Daniel Huttenlocher, for their paper "Efficient Matching of Pictorial 
Structures", Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition 2000. 
This award goes to a paper from 10 years ago that has made a fundamental 
impact on computer vision. Congratulations, Pedro!
